During deployment from ChangeAuditor console for unknown reason the installation may fail on the remote server. The Coordinator may not receive the notification of the failure and contine in the current state. When this occurs you cannot attempt to deploy the Agent again.
Installation issue on the remote server. This has occured when uninstall of the Agent does not succeed but may occur under other situations as well.
1) Manually remove any old ChangeAuditor Agent if it exists. Ensure all Agent related processes are stopped and entry is cleanly removed from 'Add\Remove Programs'.
2) Install the new Agent manually to confirm no problems during MSI installer.
3) Once complete restart the Coordinator service.
