Repository connection error might display "Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID failed due to the following error: 8000401a Th server process could not be started because the configured identity is incorrect. Check the username and password. Exceptions from HRESULT: 0x8000401A."
IT Monitoring Console doesn't load and displays the following error - Internal error. Cannot start application. Number: 0x8000401A.
