After launching InTrust Manager Console the following error occurs
Cannot connect to InTrust Server InTrust server name using the following connection options:
ncacn_ip_tcp:8340
Reason: Enumerating collection failed. Reason: Database access error. Connection object cannot be explicitly closed while in a transaction
Environment related. There was a problem accessing the InTrust Configuration Database.
Check that the InTrust Configuration is accessible and restart InTrust Server Services.
