Is there any way to create a Custom filter in Repository Viewer but not use the "Custom Filter Section" wizard for a parameter such as "Who"?

Using the "Custom Filter Section" wizard may be difficult if there are a large number of conditions to add.

For example, if there were 20 users that were required to added to the "Who", adding 20 users using the "Custom Filter Section" wizard may be unwieldy.

Is there a way to specify the field using text such as "WHO = ('user1' OR = 'user2' OR 'user3')"?
