Description
The InTrust real-time monitoring rule "InTrust server is down" automatically switches all InTrust sites, tasks and jobs to the alternate InTrust server.
Does this rule also handle real-time collections?

Cause
Real-time collections use special hidden sites within InTrust which are not visible via the InTrust Manager. -
Resolution
The "InTrust server is down" rule will failover any real-time collection sites configured in Deployment Manager. The "roll back" option within InTrust Manager will also allow for roll back of the failover after the InTrust server is back online.
