Make sure that the computer where you perform InTrust setup has ports 900, 8340, and 8341 open for inbound traffic and not blocked by any firewalls. This is required for InTrust configuration management, agent–server communication, and repository access.
Also, try to manually uninstall all agents from the machines that do not appear in the agent list.
Run the following command via the command line from inside the agent directory:
adcscm.nt_intel -uninstall
It is also recommended to delete the leftover "ADCAgent" folder and registries.
Once all agents are uninstalled use the InTrust Manager to automatically deploy new agents.
