Description
During install of Quest Knowledge Portal (QKP) the following error may be experienced:
"Error create COM+ application: {6333DEAD-4DA4-40F3-9BEC-1192BF9A8E61}"

Cause
This can occur if the "COM+ System Application" service has been disabled
Please note this may also occur if the service is in the "Started" state.

Resolution
Set the "COM+ System Application" service to manual and try the installation again. If the "COM+ System Application" service is in the "Started" state try stopping the service and attempt the installation.
