Description
Because of file system peculiarities, InTrust repositories cannot be deleted as ordinary files and folders can.

Resolution
To remove a repository, use the specialized ITRepositoryRemover command-line utility located in <InTrust_installation_folder>\Server\InTrust.
To use the utility, open the command prompt, use the cd command to set <InTrust_installation_folder>\Server\InTrust as the working directory, and type:
itrepositoryremover <repository_location> [/y]
where <repository_location> is the full path to the repository folder that you want removed. You can add the optional /y switch to skip the confirmation request.
