Issue
Environments with multiple Domino Organizational Units receiving "Not Authorized" when attempting to view certain ZApp documents.
Cause
This issue occurs when a recipient on a ZApp'd document is in an OU that is not properly defined in the notes.ini for Zapp.
Solution
ZApp requires all Domino organizational units that will be viewing documents to be properly listed in the BTZAPPORGS parameter. If your environment has multiple Domino organizational units and utilizes the ZApp functionality, please ensure all the OUs are listed. After doing so, it is best to restart the Domino server to ensure the parameter is properly recognized with the new values.
