Add the ability to edit synchronization targets through PowerShell without removing the existing target, and creating and adding a new target.
Description

Currently here is no direct way to update the properties of a synchronization target without removing the sync target and recreating it.

The admin user would like to be able to update individual properties of the target without the removal / recreate process.
Cause

Currently this feature is not available.
Resolution

The Enhancement Request ID to be considered for inclusion in a future version of GPOADmin is 573012.
