Unable to create new GPO from newly created secondary GPOAdmin server (4300397)

We have configured GPOAdmin in a new server however when we try to create GPO via powershell we can create the GPO, however we are unable to create the GPO via GPOAdmin client getting error:

• "Avalanche action exception"
• "Event viewer"
• Error updating service connection point.
• Error updating service principal name. You can use the following commands to manually update the service principal name on the service account: To query for the SPN: SETSPN -T wwg00m.rootdom.net -Q "GPOADmin/GPOADminService/wwg00m.rootdom.net" To remove the SPN: SETSPN -D "GPOADmin/GPOADminService/wwg00m.rootdom.net" ACCOUNT_FROM_QUERY To set the SPN: SETSPN -U -S "GPOADmin/GPOADminService/wwg00m.rootdom.net" "WWG00M\TUW00044" If you wish to prevent the service from updating the SPN, add the following to the registry of the GPOADmin service host if it does not exist: Value name: UpdateSPN Value type: DWORD Value path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Quest\GPOADmin\ServerConfig Value: 0 Remove the value or set it to 1 to allow the service to update the SPN.
