Description
Adding a group to the security tab results in "Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation" -
Cause
This is a side effect of another defect where a newly created role which has never been edited causes enumerations to crash for users assigned that role, and shows this error setting security. -
Resolution
Planned fix set for GPOADmin verison 5.14 update 2.

Workaround: Edit the role and give it a description, this will correct the issue.
