Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component.
Description

Error HRESULT E_FAIL when trying to access the Change Auditor properties of a GPO.
Cause

The service account does not have access to change auditor.
Resolution

Add the user to "ChangeAuditor Administrators - DEFAULT" group, restart the "GPO Admin Service" and "Watcher service"
