Error received when while working within Toad and multiple instances of TOAD are open:
"TOAD Error - Cannot create file ...\Toad.ini."
1. Select View | Options | General and set "Save TOAD settings and Sql history ever XX minutes" to "0".
2. Click Apply.
3. Restart TOAD, opening multiple instances of Toad.
