When choosing the script option for a materialized view, if it uses locally managed tablespaces the extra parameters like pctfree, etc aren't needed in the definition. If it is dictionary managed and not in a locally managed tablespace you do need to have those parameters.
It would be helpful if TOAD was able to detect the kind of tablespace and would give the definition according, with or without the extra parameters.
