I am not able to connect using Secure FTP/SSH in the Automation Designer. I can do this just fine if I go to Utilities | FTP, but in the Automation Designer it will not allow me to connect.

This has been resolved in the Beta 11 version of Toad for Oracle. You can download the beta from http://toadfororacle.com/beta.jspa.
