Foglight for Exchange can be installed as a stand-alone cartridge on a Foglight platform. In this configuration, all Exchange metrics are collected as well as basic host metrics from both physical and virtual Exchange Servers. You can use one Foglight Agent Manager (FglAM) with the following settings to support 25 to 30 agent instances: 6 GB memory and 2 CPU.
It is recommended that you perform the following steps before you begin the installation procedure:
Foglight for Exchange is distributed as a .car file: ExchangeMonitoring-6_3_0.car.
To install Foglight for Exchange:
Use the Administration > Cartridges > Cartridge Inventory dashboard to install the ExchangeMonitoring-6_3_0.car cartridge.
