This embedded view is part of the Exchange Server Environment Summary view, which appears when an individual Exchange server is selected in the Object Tree view on the Exchange Environment dashboard.
This view displays the current state of the agent hosting the selected Exchange server. | |
State icon. Displays a popup listing the current alarms. Agent Link. Displays the Agents on All Hosts dashboard which lists the agents that are available for each host. This dashboard also displays health history and the outstanding alarms for all monitored hosts and agents. Depending on where the list is displayed, it may contain the following information. | |
Severity. The icon in this column indicates the severity of the alarm. | |
Info. Displays additional information about the alarm. | |
Server. Displays the name of the Exchange server where the alarm occurred. Clicking the server name displays a popup menu where you can choose to view details about the selected server in either the Exchange Explorer dashboard or Quick View in the Exchange Environment dashboard. | |
Time. Displays the date and time when the alarm occurred. | |
Origin. Displays the cause of the alarm. | |
Instance. Displays the topology object instance name that triggered the alarm. | |
Alarm Message. Displays the alarm message. | |
To display this view, enable the UM Auto Att Calls Group in the Unified Messaging Detail section of the Metrics Management dashboard. When this collection group is enabled, this view is added to the Unified Messaging views on the Roles navigation tab in the Exchange Explorer dashboard.
Total Calls. This counter displays the number of calls that have been processed by the auto attendant. | |
Business Hour Calls. This counter displays the number of calls processed by the auto attendant during business hours. | |
Out of Hours Calls. This counter displays the number of calls processed by this auto attendant outside of business hours. | |
Disconnected Without Input. This counter displays the number of calls that were dropped without input being offered in response to the auto attendant prompts. | |
Disconnected on Irrecoverable External Error. This counter displays the total number of calls that were disconnected after an irrecoverable external error occurred. | |
Calls With DTMF. This counter displays the number of calls to the auto attendant during which a caller has been passed to the DTMF fallback auto attendant. | |
Calls With Sent Message. This counter displays the number of calls to the auto attendant in which a caller has sent a voice message. | |
Calls With Speech Input. This counter displays the number of calls during which the caller is determined to have spoken at least once. | |
Calls With Spoken Name. This counter displays the number of calls to auto attendant during which a caller has spoken a name at least once. | |

Directory Accessed by Extension. This counter shows the number of directory access operations in which the user supplied the extension number. | |
Directory Accessed by Spoken Name. This counter shows the number of directory access operations in which the subscriber spoke a recipient name. | |
Directory Accessed Successfully by Dial by Name. This counter shows the number of successful directory access operations in which the subscriber used the Dial by Name feature | |
Directory Accessed Successfully by Spoken Name. This counter shows the number of successful directory access operations in which the caller spoke a recipient names. | |
