To gather the most recent data, select Most Recent and enter the number of days back that data should be gathered. |

Expand the Database Management | Data Aging nodes in the treeview. |

Click the Archive Manager Configuration node. |

Select Delete aged data. |

Select the Age Statistics check box and select the age (in number of days) at which data is to be deleted. |

Select the Limit Job Execution Time check box if you want to limit the time duration for an aging job, and enter an end time. |

Click Deploy. |
After you create an aging job, the interface changes to a three-tab format:

Expand the Database Management | Delete Data nodes in the treeview. |

Click the Archive Manager Object Data node. |

Select the Servers check box and select the Archive Manager server for the object data that you want to delete. |

Click Delete Object. |
