Parameters:	nStart-The start date. mm/dd/yyyy nEnd-The end date. mm/dd/yyyy
Syntax:	$BFDate(nStart,nEnd)
Example:	$BFDate("09/14/2004","09/14/2005") ; returns "11/04/2004"
