Few users can not logon to STAT after changing LDAP password that contain special characters. Below is the error from the user when trying to do test connection from LDAP Maintenance Window:
GetResponseBody Error Returned: -1
WORKAROUND:
LDAP password can contain special character such as *, !, but not %.
STATUS:
We will address this in future release/hotfix of Stat
