- Go to C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Diagnostic Server\Agent\bin (or to the adequate location on the computer where your Diagnostic server is installed).
- Open there file SpotlightDiagnosticServer.ini
- Change the last line which should be "-Xmx4096m" to "-Xmx8192m".
- Then restart the diagnostic server service and try to replicate the issue.
Please check if your server has enough RAM to let Spotlight consume 8GB of memory.
