Description

When launching Space Manager with LiveReorg client GUI, the following error is displayed:

"An error occurred while parsing the tnsnames.ora file. Unexpected PROTOCOL found."
Cause

Incorrect tnsnames.ora format.
Résolution

Be sure to follow the TNS standard format when creating entries in the tnsnames.ora file. Refer to Oracle's Documentation regarding "Local Naming Parameters (tnsnames.ora)" for the correct syntax.
