How to do a custom binding replicator -
Description
User is trying to replicate from http://example/sites/private to http://public/sites/public but the custom binding option is gray out on "configure replication map settings"

Cause
The custom binding feature is used to remap site structure when replicating. -
Résolution
To enable the custom binding in the replicator map family the user needs to:
1. Go to the Manage Replication Group
2. Click on Add group
3. In the replication group setting the user needs to use "Direct Mode" on the replication mode to enable the custom binding. After that, the user needs to add the replication connection to the new group
5. Create a new map family with the new group that is using Direct Mode. And in the "Configure replication Map Settings," the custom binding option must be enabled.
