From the RMAD Console, the following behavior may be observed:
- The message “Storage agent operation failed. Error code is ‘2’” is displayed.
- When a backup is run, the error “Cannot create backup copy on a secure storage server. Storage agent operation failed. Error code is ‘2’” appears.
The issue might be caused by endpoint security software interfering with low-level APIs used by one of the RMAD modules (ForestRecovery.ClientLibrary.dll).
