Safeguard Authentication Services 4.2.6

One Identity is excited to announce a new version of Safeguard Authentication Services is now available.

Look what's fixed in 4.2.6:

• The Safeguard Authentication Services (SAS) LAM module crashed in log memory situation in AIX. The SAS LAM module crashed in low memory situation in AIC. After the fix, the LAM module handles memory allocation problems.
• Joining a computer to Active Directory with cross domain account could not work in 5.0.5 and 4.2.5. Safeguard Authentication services 5.0.5 and 4.2.5 contains a bug which prevents a client computer from joining to Active Directory with cross domain account. After this fix, the join functionality works again with cross domain account.

Refer to the release notes for details on improvements and resolved issues. 

Safeguard Authentication Services 4.2.x will enter into discontinued support 24-Aug-2022. Management Console for Unix (MCU) support was discontinued as of 01-Nov-2021. To determine the current support phase of your product, please refer to the Safeguard Authentication Services Life Cycle table.
