When you attempt to run reconcile on the environment you can't have file shares on devices that are not part of the reconcile process.
Possible Cause 1
Files share attached to device to be reconciled that are out of scope.
Possible Cause 2
Device existed on target after cutover that creates a duplicate object in the database
Possible Resolution 1
Remove file shares from ODM AD that are no longer in use or outside of scope and try again.
Possible Resolution 2
make sure the duplicated device agent is not running , Remove the device from the ready device list and perform the reconcile.
