Description
User has reported that some folders in Outlook are not being migrated to proper locations.
Error flagged from ODM log :
The move or copy operation failed.
ErrorCode = ErrorMoveCopyFailed

Cause
This error of "ErrorMoveCopyFailed" is happening when a mail item is unable to be migrated.
ODM will retry on such items to be migrated again, so if the same error occurs again, then this item of concern might have really become corrupted & so cannot be helped at all.
However if this error is no longer visible anymore after retrying, then it might be just a transient temporary issue & so there should not be any worry over it.

Résolution
After review migration diagnostics information, this error is only visible twice & it is coming from only one user, hence it seems to be only a transient temporary issue.
