Scenario:
1) Sender sends an email message with a request for return receipt.
2) The recipient does not open or read the message.
3) The recipient's email gets migrated to M365.
4) The sender gets notified that MNE service account has read the email (return receipt).
Is this an expected behavior?
This is the expected behavior. During migration, MNE uses the Notes API to read the message, and thus triggering the Read Receipts.
