Unable to install Migrator for Notes to Exchange (MNE) on Windows Server 2012 R2 with the following error "This application requires Microsoft Universal Common C Runtime library."
When installing Microsoft update KB2999226 it fails with "the update is not applicable to your computer."
The following steps will allow you to install Microsoft update KB2999226 on Windows Server 2012 R2.
1. Install KB2919442 which is a prerequisite for Windows Server 2012 R2 Update and should be installed before attempting to install KB2919355

2. These KB's must be installed in the following order: clearcompressionflag.exe, KB2919355, KB2932046, KB2959977, KB2937592, KB2938439 and KB2934018.
3. Install Update for Universal C Runtime in Windows
4. Install MNE again.
Note: Installing these updates on servers other than Windows Server 2012 R2 may require different files available from Microsoft.
