Cause 1:
Old/Incorrect File path
Cause 2:
replica or copy of the database
Cause 3:
Mailbox was never opened by the user account. The unread Notes table was never generated
Resolution 1 & 2:
Migrate from the original source location (Correcting location does not always remove the error from the log)
Resolution 3:
Open mailbox with original account to generate the read and unread table prior to opening with another account.
Note: If the Admin account has opened and marked messages read or unread, then the log will continue to display the error even if the user account accesses the mail file and marks the messages to the manner you would like them to be marked.
