Unfortunately LiteSpeed for SQL server itself is not a SaaS offering, however it can be deployed on a SQL Server instance running on Cloud Platform like Azure, AWZ or GCP, and the backups can be directed to cloud storage services like Blob Storage, Amazon S3 or Google Cloud Storage.
