Workaround 1:
Make sure required .Net version is installed or install the compatible version of .Net. Consult Release Notes.
Workaround 2:
Check that installer does have full administrative rights to the entire computer (including all files, folders, and areas of the Windows Registry).
Workaround 3:
1935 error with HRESULT: 0x80070422 can occur if a service is disabled or not running. Check that "Windows Modules Installer" is not set to, start up type "disabled".
