When attempting to run the command as per solution SOL31376 which resolves the error "Exchange System Tools are not installed." the following error is displayed:
Error: "RegAsm : error RA0000 : Unable to locate input assembly 'C:\Program Files\Quest Software\GroupWise Migrator for Exchange\pshme.dll' or one of its dependencies."
The cause of the missing file is the result of an old version of the product which did not have support for these particular functions, i.e Group Provisioning.
Specifically seen with the 3.2 version of the tool.
Please install a later version of the tool from the Quest website. A new release of GroupWise Migrator for Exchange is available under Downloads & Updates on SupportLink. This release contains new functionality and fixes for previously reported product issues.
