How can I migrate a non-PK to a child as a FK in ERwin? 

Solution:

The following steps should help in the

 1) Create an AK index as follows:
     Right mouse click on Entity | Key group, Create a new AK, unique key
 2) Add the desired attribute as a member to that unique index
 3) Create a relationship, right click on Relationship and go to Relation Editor
 4) In Role Name tab, under Migrated Key/Index, select AK index as the Key Group
 5) click close.

This will migrate the AK member as the FK and not the PK.  It will also work from the physical side or in a physical only model.

You can also use the same method to migrate a partial PK by creating an AK Key Group / Index on just the members that you would like to migrate and use AK as the Key Group / Index.
