When running reports and outputting to Excel 2007, you receive OLE Error 800A03EC
Excel 2007 is not supported in versions prior to Reporter 6.1.
There are three possible workarounds for this issue.
1) Run Reports and output to another format
2) Install Excel 2000/2003
3) Upgrade to Reporter 6.1 which supports Excel 2007
