An error has occurred during processing of monitor com.quest.nitro:service=DataCacheEviction (4294924)

The following messages are seen on the Management Server logs happening every 30 seconds:

• Foglight environment is unstable and the Foglight Management Server needs to be restarted frequently.
• Management Server Performance Report graphs are missing historic metrics.
• On the Diagnostic Snapshot, under the "---- com.quest.nitro:service=DataCacheEviction" service thousands of metrics are listed after "Cache Policies:". This means that metrics are being held in memory; this leads to JVM Heap Exhaustion and performance problems.
• On the Diagnostic Snapshot under the "---- com.quest.nitro:service=DatabaseMaintenanceController" no "Details of operations that completed" information is seen; this would imply that the database maintenance jobs are not running.

An older version of the VMware cartridge (5.6.14) is calling a method that is no longer available on a newer Foglight Management Server (FMS).

The "calculateDerivedAttrs" method of "MetricsHelper" was removed on FMS 5.7.5.3 (issue detected on environment running FMS 5.7.5.5), but the older VMware cartridge is still invoking this method, so it caused the "NoSuchMethodError".
