After installing Message and trying to view a web report you receive the error: "HTTP Error 503 - Service unavailable"
Messagestats is installed in a website with another web application that is conflicting with our site.
Or the Quest Web Reports application pool has stopped.
Open Internet Information Services Manager. Select Application Pools in the left hand pane. In the right hand pane right click the "Quest Web Reports" application pool and click Start. If the application pool will not start or it is started and you are still getting the error accessing web reports Install the MessageStats Application including the Reports on an Application server that is not hosting any Microsoft Exchange Server Roles, or any other web applications.
