Item Count by Class Report does not return results , or inaccurate results after performing a mailbox content and attachment gathering.
Additional Item count reports also appear without content or with inaccurate content.
The Exchange Mailbox content and attachment gathering may have been run with the "No Content" filter enabled.
Investigate the properties of the Content and attachment gathering in the MessageStats Console. If the "No Content" filter was selected, change this to "All Content" and rerun the Content and Attachment gahtering.
