Unable to or cannot find any filter to show only users that own objects in the Schema Browser's 'Other Schemas' branch in Treeview mode.
The databases have thousands of schemas and it's taking up to an hour to display the Schema Browser when in Tree view mode.
To filter the users to load for All Schemas or Other Schemas in the Schema Browser:
1) Switch to a Dropdown view
2) Right-click the loaded schemas drop-down box
3) Select 'Users To Load'
4) Click 'Load only users that own objects'
Alternatively, you can go to the View menu | Toad Options | Schema Browser | Left Hand Side | click the "Default Filter..." button | select "Users" on the left panel. There is an option for "Show only users with objects'.
