When trying to run the Configuration or Report Manager a popup with the following error message may occur just after opening the Report Manager:
"This application has encountered an unrecoverable error and must be closed"
The detail link from the popup may contain something similar to the following:

Ensure the account being used to open the Report Manager is a member of at least the Reporter_Reporting_Admins group. If it is a member of this group and the error still occurrs, ensure the groups are members of the appropriate database roles:
