Your vWorkspace connection to a TS/VDI session may terminate with the error "Because of a protocol error, this session will be disconnected. Please try connecting to the remote computer again"
This is a known issue with Graphics Acceleration.
WORKAROUND:
The workaround to this problem is to disable the Graphics Acceleration option
STATUS:
Defect TFS144435 is not found in vWorkspace 7.6 and later, although no official fix was implemented for this issue, it seems to have been fixed as a byproduct of other fixes in version 7.6 and later.
Defect TT2307 has been logged for this issue and it has been submitted to development for consideration in future release.
