In the Session Browser | Open Cursors window is there a way to filter out SQL listed in the grid for the Oracle system objects, i.e. $ tables?
When a filter is applied, some content is not being flitered out as expected.
i.e.
When the filter is applied, statement 1 is hidden, but statement 2 is not and is still listed in the Open Cursor grid.
To set up a filter in the Open Cursor tab/grid:
1. Right click in the Open Cursor tab's grid and choose to Filter Data.
2. Add a filter. Click the button to create a new entry, then click on the text to select the column, the condition, and specify the value (default filter is "SID equals <empty>". Click on each word/element to set the values accordingly).
3. Apply this filter.
It will be listed at the bottom of the grid and can be enabled, disabled, edited, and changed from there.
** There is currently an issue with the filter, where not all occurances of a condition are filtered out.
WORKAROUND:
None
STATUS:
Waiting for fix in a future version of Toad for Oracle.
