Checking the "Enabled" box will enable the Archive feature, but tickets will not be automatically archived by default.
Each queue has its own configurable time window which must be set before automatic archiving will occur for that queue.
If these options are set to "Never", no ticket archival or deletion will happen at 0:00.
NOTE: this is a Queue setting.
