The Live Chat feature is available within the Need Help pane in the upper right-hand corner of the KACE Systems Management Appliance (SMA). The Live Chat is updated in version 9.1 to display a list of existing Knowledge Base articles related to the Purpose of Your Chat, as specified. If none of the listed articles provide the information necessary, it is possible to continue to chat with a product specialist.
Note: This option is only available in the Administrator Console and System Console. It does not appear in the User Console.
