KACE Go Ticket Approval -
Description
The new KACE GO version 7.0 implements the Ticket Approval feature. In this new feature Ticket owners and approvers can review the Ticket Approval options to Approve, Reject or request more information. -
Résolution
To enable Ticket Approval in KACE Go, please do the Following:
- Ensure Mobile Access is Enabled in the SMA. Go to Settings > Control Panel > General Settings and Enable mobile device access
- Ensure desired users can access through KACE Go
- Confirm Ticket approval is configured in Service Desk Queue
Now all requirements are fulfilled, do the following:
- Login to KACE Go
- Access Service Desk
- Select desired Ticket and scroll down to details
- Update Approval Status and input an Approval Note.

The selected Service Desk Ticket approval status is updated.
