Background color picker for custom login is not showing in Internet Explorer.

Résolution
The background color picker tool introduced in the Systems Management Appliance is browser dependent and is not supported in Internet Explorer 11.
As a workaround, if using IE11, the HTML color code of choice can be manually added to the HTML color code field.
