The Reporting Tool cannot be opened in computers -
Description
When installed in any computer, other than the member server where Desktop Authority is installed, the Reporting tool fails to open with error "Initialize failed: The communication object, System.ServiceModel.Channels, cannot be used for communication because it is in the Faulted state".

Résolution
WORKAROUND:
The web-based reporting tool in the Desktop Authority Manager Console may be used to produce reports in workstations. Or set a remote session to the KACE Desktop Authority server to run the Reporting Tool directly from the server.
STATUS:
Waiting for fix in a future release of KACE Desktop Authority.
