Legacy Wizard Reports not running on SMA 13.2 -
Description
On SMA 13.2, reports created before upgrading to this version may stop working post-upgrade with the following error:Error Running Report
mysqli error: [1052: Column 'ID' in field list is ambiguous]... -
Cause
MariaDB's upgrade to version 10.6 brought significant enhancements and strengthened security protocols for the SMA. However, this upgrade to MariaDB has resulted in adjustments required for reports. -
Résolution
When opening the report to Edit it, the following red banner error can be noticed:
Going Next all the way to the end without modifying any of the contents and Saving will make the report run again.
We advise that reports are saved individually as a solution to bypass the current issue. By saving reports individually, the report is able to run correctly without errors.We understand the inconvenience this workaround may pose and sincerely apologize for the disruption to your usual workflow.
If you have issues with other reports that used to work on 13.1 but don't work anymore on 13.2, please get in touch with support for a review on the issue and evaluate if the available hotfix is applicable to your scenario.
