After creating a new database agent the following error appears:
The connection to the operating system failed.
Failed to connect to host: <host name> with user account: <user name> used protocol: WMI;
Caused by: Error in executing collection query=os_is_service_up;
Caused by: Failed to connect. OS connection details: host=<host name>, domain=null, user=<user name>;
Caused by: A Credential is missing.
The agent does not start.
No domain set in the user credentials
Enter the user name in the agent properties such as:
<your domain>\<user name>
